Microsoft Kinect has put the record to be the best in sales prior to its release. Just after 60 days prior to it launch, the XBox movement sensor reported sold 133.333 units /day to January 3rd 2011. This makes kinect to be the top selling gadget.
After the Microsoft Kinect is the iPhone 4 that sold about 120.000 units/day and number 3 is Nintendo Wii with 85.000 units /day and the iPad with 50.000 units sold /day.
The record was documented by Guinness World Records.
